Saf-T-Eze Zinc Petrolatum Anti-Seize คือสารหล่อลื่นและน้ำยาทาเกลียวสูตรพิเศษที่ใช้ Petrolatum ผสมผงสังกะสีละเอียด (Zinc Dust) พัฒนาขึ้นเพื่อป้องกันการติดขัด (Seizing), การขูดสึก (Galling) และการเชื่อมเย็น (Cold Welding) โดยเฉพาะในงานที่มีการประกอบ ชิ้นส่วนเหล็กเข้ากับอะลูมิเนียม หรือชิ้นส่วนที่ผลิตจากการหล่อขึ้นรูป (Die Cast Parts)

Saf-T-Eze® Zinc Petrolatum Anti-Seize – Engineered Protection for Steel-to-Aluminum Assemblies

Saf-T-Eze Zinc Petrolatum Anti-Seize is a smooth, non-separating compound consisting of petrolatum and finely powdered zinc dust. It is specifically designed to prevent galling, seizing, and cold welding where steel parts are assembled into aluminum or zinc die cast components.

This compound is non-hardening and thermally stable, resisting evaporation or separation under extreme conditions. With service temperature capability from -65°F to 750°F, it also prevents water washout and galvanic corrosion caused by road salt, acid rain, and saltwater.
